Submission

Submission for a short talk or a poster

• Please register first to the conference ("Registration" tab on the website of the conference or "Register" tag of your own Space)

• Then submit your proposal ("Submit" tab of your own Space) before July 15, 2018.

To submit your abstract, we kindly ask you to use the following model submission.tex which you can also download in Step 3 "File(s)" of the submission form.

Please fill in the .tex file, with a special attention to the fields indicated as mandatory, and then

• compile your file and submit the pdf version in the section "Abstract" in Step 3 "File(s)" of the submission form,

• submit the .tex source of your file in the section "Supplementary data" in Step 3 "File(s)" of the submission form.

Note that, due to a limited number of available time slots for short talks, you have the possibility to submit your proposal both as a short talk and a poster.

Financial support

Short talk

Financial support (lodging and travel) will be available by default for participants who will give a short talk. However, if you have the possibility to cover your expenses on your own founds, or those of your institution, we ask you to indicate it in your submission file. The budget of the conference being limited, this will allow us to give financial support to other participants who will present a poster.

Poster

Partial financial support (lodging) will be available for a limited number of participants who will present a poster. Application for financial support has to be included in your submission file.
